Controversy Continues Over Power & Light Dress Code

Kansas City, MO – Ever since the entertainment district opened in the spring of last year, there's been complaints that the dress code in the central KC Live Block has been used to discriminate against African Americans and Latinos. The city passed an ordinance earlier this year restricting what could be on a dress code. It was an attempt to make sure dress codes are culturally neutral.
