KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Faced with allegations of sexual misconduct by two priests in the Diocese, Kansas City-St. Joseph Bishop Robert Finn took to You-Tube yesterday to announce plan to deal with the situation.

In the message, Finn outlined a five-step plan. He said he as implemented step one: "I have engaged a national child exploitation expert to conduct an independent investigation of these events as well as our policies and procedures."

That expert is former US Attorney Todd Graves, who is a former national co-chair of a Justice Department child exploitation task force.

Finn also says he will appoint an ombudsman to work with those complaining about abuse and that the ombudsman will work closely with law enforcement.
