Nick Goellner, a Kansas City native and French Culinary Institute graduate, is the chef and co-owner of The Antler Room and Anjin. Known for globally inspired, seasonal cooking, his inventive approach has earned multiple James Beard semifinalist honors for Best Chef: Midwest.

Swetha Newcomb
Of Course

Having started her career as a private chef, Swetha Newcomb has always been passionate about her craft and ingredients. Swetha and her husband, Jesse Newcomb, opened Of Course to provide a path-breaking menu with global cuisine and American influences.

Ashley Bare
Hemma Hemma

Ashley Bare’s love for food was inspired by her father’s American classics and her mother’s Chinese cooking. After training at the Natural Gourmet Institute and working in top restaurants, she founded Hemma Hemma, which celebrates seasonal, fresh cooking.

Novel

Jessica Armstrong is the executive pastry chef and co-owner of Novel. Known for her elegant use of seasonal ingredients and artistic presentations, Jessica seamlessly blends timeless technique with inventive flair to elevate the restaurant’s dessert experience.
