Managing An Online Business Reputation

Do all those reviews on sites like Yelp or TripAdvisor really matter for small businesses

In the first part of Wednesday's Up to Date, we'll talk with Chris Nastav of KC Web Specialists, who helps manage online reputations, and John Schupp, owner of Sci-Tech Automotive Centers in Raytown and Grandview, who has to deal with the impact of online reviews of his business-- both good and bad.
