Kansas City, MO – The Chiefs and the Royals signed an agreement on Tuesday with the Jackson County Legislature to set a 30 percent goal for minority and women-owned business participation on stadium renovations - that's if the stadium tax is approved. With the signing of this agreement, 15 business and civil rights organizations, including the political group Freedom, Inc, have agreed to endorse the tax on Tuesday. But the Black Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City says the deal will benefit large minority businesses, at the expense of smaller ones. KCUR's Sylvia Maria Gross has more.
