Kansas City, MO – When many Johnson County, Kansas voters go the polls on Tuesday, April 3; they will see races for two new members to the 7-member board of Water District #1. While the races appear toward the bottom of the ballot and most people don't know much about the candidates, the Water Board does a lot more than set rates. Laura Ziegler reports that the board members take their service seriously.
