Kansas City, MO – Kansas City Missouri's city council is settling into a new term. One member who's keeping very busy is the fifth district's Terry Riley, who's also president of the National Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials. He spoke over the phone to KCUR's Ty Chandler recently about some of his advocacy at the national level, and ideas he's bringing back to Kansas City.
