Kansas City, MO – Pablo Sanhueza moved to Kansas City from Chile and formed the band Makuza, which plays Afro-Latin and Brazilian-influenced jazz. His new project is Luz D'Sol, a collaboration with singer Mocha Jackson, a graduate student at UMKC's business school. Also participating in this rehearsal are guitarist and saxophone player Mauricio Salguero and pianist William Crain.
