Artist Keltie Ferris at Kemper at the Crossroads and the Nerman Museum
Brooklyn-based artist Keltie Ferris has been described as a post-digital painter. Ferris uses the soft contours of spray paint to apply patterns of dots, or a palette knife for jagged, irregular edges.By Laura Spencer
Kansas City, MO – Keltie Ferris says she tries to create paintings that are being themselves, the most direct and frank possible. Nearly 20 of her works will soon be on display on both sides of the state line, as KCUR's Laura Spencer reports.
