KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Utility crews are working to get power restored to tens of thousands of customers this morning.

Kansas City's chief of police and the deputy chief told the city council this week that more officers on the Plaza would likely control unruly mobs of kids who assemble there and avoid violence like last weekend's shooting.
