Kansas City, MO – This November voters have to weigh in on what's most important: a weak economy where more people are less likely to approve new taxes versus a law enforcement program that requires tax dollars to operate. COMBAT-Community Backed Anti-Drug-Tax is the tax on the ballot looking to fund programs that address drug addiction and drug-related crime in the community.

We examined why Kansas City citizens are taxed for things that other counties provide, how COMBAT goes about evaluating the success of programs or initiatives, and the main accomplishments of the tax.
