Kansas City, MO – Kansas City council members yesterday attempted to halt a lawsuit threatened by the Jackson County Executive and others over the makeup of the city's Tax Increment Finance Commission.

The Kansas City council wasted no time in approving a lease on the overhaul base at KCI.
