Kansas Governor Laura Kelly says those applying for unemployment due to the pandemic should see improved response from the beleaguered state's Department of Labor website.

Governor Laura Kelly said the state's outdated computer system has complicated processing of unemployment claims for out-of-work Kansans. Kelly said she hasn't made up her mind about extending her stay-at-home order past May 3rd, pointing out that testing must be more readily available.
