Many seeking to buy their first home have been met with increased prices, virtual showings, and competitive offers making home-buying a stressful experience.

Prospective homebuyers are having a tough time finding a dream home in the metro.

Low supply, high demand, and the skyrocketing cost of lumber are all contributing to what is becoming one of the worst times for buying a house in the Kansas City area. Two veteran realtors on why this year has seen such a spike in people looking to purchase a home.
