Tell KCUR: What’s The Craziest Thing You’ve Ever Done To Help The Royals Win?

KCUR

Maybe you haven’t bathed since the Royals made it to the playoffs, ending a 29-year streak.

Perhaps you wore the same shirt when the Royals played last week, helping them win the American League Division Series over the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

Or possibly you chew the same three pieces of bubble gum for the duration of every Royals game like left-fielder Alex Gordon.

Whatever your game-day superstition, we want to know what you’re doing — because something’s working. With the Kansas City Royals just four wins away from the World Series, use this opportunity to divulge your Royals rituals.

Tell KCUR: What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done to help the Royals win?

Tweet your superstitions with the #TellKCUR hashtag or go to our Facebook page and leave your answer in a comment.

You also can leave us a message at 816-235-2881.

Or you can tell us your answer in this online form, part of our Tell KC network.

We’ll share your stories Thursday online and on the air during KCUR’s daily talk show Central Standard, which starts at 10 a.m.

Tell KCUR is part of an initiative to engage the community and shine a light on your experiences and opinions.  We’ll ask a new question every week and then share your feedback on the air and online.
