The U.S. House of Representatives is likely to vote Thursday on a proposal advanced by Speaker John Boehner to avoid the "fiscal cliff."
Boehner has dubbed his proposal 'Plan B,' and touts it as a fallback to talks going on between him and the President. Emanuel Cleaver, who represents Missouri’s Fifth District isn’t buying it. But, as he told KCUR’s Frank Morris, he doesn’t like President Obama’s solution either.
