A new book shares stories of patients trying to reconcile their finances with the healthcare they need.

This year is emphasizing how difficult it can be for people to reconcile finances with necessary healthcare.

In "Broke" Dr. Michael Stein highlights the problem as told to him by his patients during office visits. "More and more people are unemployed and without income," Stein said.
