College Athletes Finally Win Fight For Compensation

College athletes can now negotiate payments for endorsements.

U.S. Supreme Court rules the NCAA's restrictions on athletes violate the Sherman Antitrust Act

With that decision, the NCAA finally capitulated. Student athletes will no longer be found in violation of rules banning compensation for the use of their name, image or likeness (NIL). The University of Missouri describes what changes it expects as everyone adjusts to an altered model for college sports.
