Civil rights groups have demanded the resignation or removal of Kansas City police Chief Rick Smith.

The Urban League's Gwen Grant, delved into why her organization joined with the NAACP of Kansas City and MORE2 in demanding the chief's resignation and reformswithin the city's police department.
