What Kansas & Missouri Schools Stand To Lose If College Football Is Canceled Due To The Coronavirus

The Big 12 Conference says it will hold college football games this fall, despite other conferences opting to wait until at least the spring.

Colleges could lose tens of millions of dollars in revenue if their football teams opt out of play this fall.

These potential revenue losses are limited to schools with broadcast and network contracts. The Big Ten and Pac-12 conferences have cancelled their college football seasons due to COVID-19, while the Big 12 and others are planning to play.
