Missouri House Republicans Block Medicaid Expansion

In 2020 Missourians approved the constitutional amendment that would give up to 250,000 residents access to government health insurance.

Now, expansion is in doubt as Republicans in Missouri's House have passed a budget that does not include money for that program. One House Democrat responds to her fellow lawmakers' votes.
