Missouri Governor Mike Parson is weighing when and how to reopen Missouri for business but there's no guarantee that consumers will be lining up to buy.

Governor Mike Parson announced that some businesses could begin reopening on May 4th. Parson acknowledged there are still challenges ahead, including the production of materials for adequate testing throughout the state.
