A banner at the University of Kansas. — The time students spend on the University of Kansas' Lawrence campus has dropped dramatically since the school instituted coronavirus precautions.

You could say this is a pretty weird year for college students, especially those on the cusp of graduating and entering the job market.

For an honest portrayal of what college life is like with pandemic precautions restricting nearly everything, we asked the people who always know what’s going on on campus — student journalists.
