Rep. Cleaver echoed other elected officials calling the takeover of the Capitol a "coup d'etat attempt".

Cleaver placed the blame for the mob's actions on outgoing President Trump and indicated his support for invoking the 25th Amendment "unless we can be assured by someone that they can control the president's impulses." Audience members shared their thoughts and reactions as well.
